Can never get an appointment scandalous how we are treated
Awful service. The receptionist never answer the phone
Reception are not friendly, people who answer phones are always unsympathetic, leaving samples is embarrassing as it is done in front of everyone in the waiting area, and doctors never seem to take you seriously. Also the screens should have the waiting list on for people who cannot hear the quiet speaker for appointments.
Nurses are fab! However, the reception staff are beyond useless!
Appalling service from reception. Very rude and stuck up. They need to be told patient information should be kept confidential and discussed in an appropriate manner. Huge shame as fantastic Drs !
