All members of staff were friendly. Didn't feel rushed at any point.

Friendly service, never have an issue getting an appointment, doctor always helpful and the pharmacy is opposite so picking up prescription is very easy
First appointment with the surgery with nurse Kirby who is an absolute delight to talk to, she put me at ease and was so lovely and bubbly. She also told me of their counseling service and arranged my prescription as well as arrange for bloods and other things. I couldn't have asked for a better service. Highly recommend.
Never had such a horrible experience. Senior doctor had me in tears after telling me I should lose weight, despite it having nothing at all to do with why I had gone in and has no effect on the ailment I had at the time. Told me that due to my recent weight gain I needed a flu jab which has nothing to do with needing the jab. Doesn't seem to be the first time he's mentioned their weight to someone. Just plain rude and has no interest in helping. Ignores everything said and just wants you out as quickly as possible. Have been left with the wrong information many times. I've also had a local pharmacist diagnose me confidently and advise my with the right medicine, while the doctor barely gave me a passing glance before deciding I was fine. Which is frankly ridiculous. However the younger doctor has always been helpful and the nurse is wonderful.
