My family and I have been with this surgery for the past 6 years now. The surgery had a slight change of top management, which made it evenue better than before. The doctors listen to patient's problems and very promptly refer to specialists when needed. Apart from a little error in judgement by a visiting midwife, I have always found all the doctors and nurses to be very helpful. And a big thanks goes the boss for running the team so well.
I have been with this surgery for the past 10 year's, and I am sadden to have to change Dr's due to moving out of their area. The receptionist are helpful and friendly. Over the past 18 months I have been house bound.and have nothing but praise for Dr Woods, who called to do home visits on a number of timesAlso a Mention for Dr Short who always had time to ring me back if I needed to speak to him. I only wish that I could stay with the practice. A big thank you to you all.
I recently joined and I am so happy with the level of service and help the gps have given me abd my family . my old gp in England were so inadequate when compared now to the care I am receiving at this practice . I am very happy with this surgery so nice to see professional doctors that care and offer a great service .
52 years of excellent care. They are still cari g for my elderly parents, myself, my husband and my children. Always do what they can to help and are extremely friendly and caring. We are very lucky to have this surgery on our doorstep.
This surgery is vile! From the rude receptionist to the clueless doctors to the arrogant owner I'm disgusted they can get away with treating a patient with mental health issues who just wanted help so bad shame on them!
