Reception think they are drs lol
You need to start calling at 8am and ring at least 406 time to get trough. The appointments (if you manage to get one after 3 to 4weeks) are never on time because doctors are always running late. Appointments don't last even 3min because nobody can be bothered to listen to you they will just send you for a blood test and never call you back unless you chase them. what an absolute joke.
The booking system is horrendous. You need to call at 8am in the morning to book an appointment and most of the time, you can't reach them or there's no appointments left (the line is busy, so you need to recall about 50 times, no I'm not kidding). If trying to book an appointment in advance, you get either told to a.) Just call at 8am for an appointment or b.) There's no appointments to book in advance, so if you hapoha to work or you need someone with you, you're screwed. The only reason they get two stars is because the doctor I've seen was good and the nurse who took my blood could do it in one try, which has never happened to me before. The receptionists are often rude and clueless.
Went there last Thursday, called 96 times on Friday, 340 times today. Still no appointments available. The receptionist is just so rude. Lines are always busy. Unbelievable.
So glad We moved to a different area our new surgery is absolutely incredible receptionist are fantastic can't do enough for you this roathwell what a god damn joke except for doctor David she gave me alot of support
