Horrible, rude receptionists. Completely dismiss and patronise you. Clearly they have no manners, and they really effect the whole surgery. They make you question if you should change doctors. However, the nurse and doctors there are all very nice and welcoming.
The 4*s are mainly because Rebecca Carter Thomas is extremely kind, compassionate and helpful. Been through a few of the other doctors and found them relatively lacking in empathy. No problems with the receptionists (I must be one of the first to say this) but agree with waiting 1 month for an appointment during term time is a bit stressful.
Imagine having your reputation tarnished because of an awful receptionist! What a joke. She's a nasty piece of work.
My boyfriend has to visit regularly to sort out prescriptions. 5 stars for Dr Pathy being a very good and professional doctor. Zero stars for the receptionists, Debbie in particular, for being extremely rude, abrupt and unprofessional.
Dr Pathy is the best GP I have ever had. Always takes the greatest care and helps in anyway he can. Thank you.
