The worst clinic service I have ever experienced in my lifetime!! Getting an appointment requires amazing patience and fast calling skills... almost impossible!! I've been calling 6 days in a row and I couldn't get one unfortunately. Eventually I got better after getting up every morning at 8to get an appointment while having high temperature. Simply the worst medical centre in Cardiff
If I was near a decent surgery I would go there. The staff are friendly but they consistently screw up my prescriptions. When I first moved to them it took them over 2 months to do my repeat prescription and I had to go back because they forgot things. Useless!
Very nice and forthcoming staff. Clean and accessible facilities. Unfortunately it can be hard to get an appointment at times.
Been calling this place for 9 days trying to be seen. It is ridiculous, call at 2.30... asked to call back at 8.30..... call at 8.30 there are no appointments left! For 9 days. Moving away from this place ASAP. Called them up again and asked how am I suppose to see a doctor, and they just said call back. Its just ridiculous.woyld give 0 stars if I could! Go to Clifton medical centre they are much better there, I will be registering in the morning!!
You cannot book an appointment for a day in the future you HAVE to call in the morning. The website says lines open at 8am, however that is only for emergency, if you want to book an appointment you have to call from 8:30.I called at bang on 8:30 65 times! Before I got through and at 8:34 all bookings were gone for the day.I am moving away from this GP asap and would not recommend to anyone!
