I was expecting our stay to be really enjoyable. The room was dirty the bathroom was shocking. Toilet seat not secure would twist left and right. The tap was also insecure could be moved left right and pulled up. The floor wasn't hovered still had rubbish from previous stayers the radiator was insecure and for a family room I expected at least a 32 inch tv but got a 21 inch. The only thing that was ok were the beds they were comfy. Told staff about it but nothing seems to have been done (no refund as promised)
Perfect location and cheap! Don't expect much from the rooms but it's just somewhere to sleep at the end of the day. Very easy and quick check Inn, plenty of places to have breakfast nearby too
Brilliant service and comfy bed. If you want budget accommodation then this is definitely a good choice. 24hour reception and bar. Food served til 10pm but limited choice.
No complaints at all - this Travelodge is everything youd expect but with a great location, close to local restaurants, bars and attractions. The reception staff was welcoming and efficient at completing the checkin process quickly and my room was spotlessly clean. The view wasnt great but the spaciousness of both the sleeping area and bathroom was decent, plus there was no noise from outside or the corridors throughout the night. The picture quality of the TV was poor and there was no air-conditioning or fan provided, but despite that my stay was perfectly adequate and, if on a budget, Id happy return in the future.
This has to be one of the best bargains for a hotel in Wales.Right in the city centre parking just over the road, plus @ 38 per room per night a real bargain. Next door is a Wetherspoons for breakfast or within a five minute radius lots of other bars & restaurants, the staff are realy helpful the bed is very big and the shower perfect.Thank you to all staff we loved our stay with you.
