Very central & met interesting people in the kitchen over drinks & take aways in the evenibg.
Welcoming hostel with super helpful staff. Showers clean, room warm and bed okay.I asked for a room change at about 11.50pm due to a loud snorer. As they had space, this request was promptly accommodated. Breakfast included and they let me sit in the foyer after the checkout time, before catching my train home. Would recommend.
Lovely staff, very friendly and kind. Rooms were tidy, clean and very cosy and warm! The decor throughout the building is super cute and quirky! Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Mrs Potts. Would 100% recommend this place to friends and family! (Also breakfast being available 24 hours is amazing)
Although all rooms are not as shown on the website the rooms were very tidy and so were the shower and toilet. Breakfast and kitchen facilities were great. It is very conveniently located near major city centre attractions and bus stops. However the quality of the room mates varies widely which can affect everything...
I like the atmosphere of the place. Friendly staff, 24 hrs front desk and... 24 hrs breakfast (a bit like the mad hatter tea party in Alice in Wonderland). Just joking. It was nice. Bunk beds in dormitories have privacy curtains, socket and light what is really comfy. The free WiFi doesn't work in dormitories, only in communal areas. Bathrooms could be a bit better but still I like the place.
