Not a bad place, staff are nice, breakfast was great. Room was small. Be very very careful about the parking. It is almost impossible to get to the parking lot entrance without getting a parking ticket!And you don't know it - which means if you stay for a few days, you could up with 5 or more tickets. Very poorly marked and the Marriott should be looking out for their customers. Yes, I got 8 tickets, sure, sort of my fault, but how would you know?
Good conference room and lunch. Click Share is very useful. However there is no ready conference facility. We were told that any incoming and outgoing call need to be placed via the reception desk. Rest were very good.
The hotel staff was very friendly. Our room was large, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choices to satisfy everyone. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Good location for gig at Motorpoint. Staff all very helpful. 16.50 for middling quality but nothing to rave about breakfast and no choice of coffees seemed a bit steep. It's a chain hotel though (bit lacking soul) but most people looked perfectly happy with the buffet style breakfast. I think I should have nipped into a coffee house in the arcades for breakfast.
Clean and smart. Efficient staff in an airy environment. Pop in after you've done your shopping. The coffee is good and for what you get very competitive. A large group of us arrived unannounced. No hesitation in accommodating us by moving three tables. Table service, rather than self order would have gained an extra star.
