Nice hotel for a quick weekend away. It's located next to the city centre and main stadium. It has a car park but it's not free, unless you join the hotel's membership program, and it gets very busy. Breakfast was good. Would stay again.
Spotlessly clean, warm room. Bed very comfy. And great view of the castle. Great location for city centre. Staff all lovely and helpful
Very friendly and helpful at reception. Also any member of staff was friendly and more than willing to help with any questions. The night was peaceful and quiet and the hotel in general was relaxing and a bit laid back. And the breakfast buffet was very good and kept freshly stocked. Not sitting for there for ever
Second time starting here and it is perfectly fine. The bar and restaurant are really very good. Attentive staff and good food. The rooms are fine. Plain and all amenities, but not expecting 5 star anyway.
I attended a training event held at the hotel. The location was perfect, right at the heart of the city. Therefore, it benefits from excellent transport links and a wide range of amenities. The facilities were impressive and immaculately presented. All of the staff I encountered were professional and very helpful. The dinning area was spotless and the menu more than adequate. Hot beverages were always available, accompanied by a range of premium snacks. Parking was available on site. I would definitely recommend this hotel as a venue to hold any corporate events or training.
