Handy location, nice rooms. The reception staff weren't overly helpful though. However, the barman/waiter, Mark was excellent and made up for the lack of a welcoming atmosphere in reception
We have stayed at the Future Inn several times. The rooms are a good size, the beds comfortable. Breakfast is always good!!

Clean modern hotel. Conveniently located on A4233 to city centre, Cardiff Bay railway station and bars and restaurants at Mermaid Quay. Have stayed here several times with no issues. Even got a complimentary drink this time.
One of the best places to stay in Cardiff. Perfection location, walking distance to Cardiff Bay, great public transport links into Cardiff and 20 minutes from the M4. Lots of parking. The beds are comfy, rooms are big and nice touches with chocolate and bottled water, you cannot even guy one of their dressing gowns. Breakfast is great, huge selection.
