Excellent staff, such a soft comfy bed! Can't wait to try out breakfast in the morning. Fantastic central location in Cardiff city centre near the stadiums and castle
Very nice hotel right near Cardiff Central station. Lovely room finish in both decor and quality. Room was a little on the smaller side, but very comfortable and pleasant stay. The staff were also courteous.
Nice hotel, good area. No parking, car park in train station. Breakfast was decent. The room was clean but the sink too small, and there was hair in the sink that was not cleaned from the previous people, Disgusting. They need to clean that if they are claiming to be 4 star hotel.Wouldn't stay there again.
It's in a great location but no parking at all. Nearest is train station which is 12.50 for 24 hours. Menu and food OK but limited choice of drinks at the bar and no gym. Rooms are of a reasonable standard but nothing special. Bit overpriced in my opinion for what you get. Breakfast is ok with a reasonable choice.
Good food. Nice room. Lovely staff.Close to loads of shops and nightlife.Reasonably easy access to the bay (although I probably went the wrong way through a dodgy looking council estate)
