Worst experience ever. Thrifty are stating they have no record of my 500 deposit. I've had to email them proof of my bank statement and they have now miraculously found it. Elliot and the team of women at Cardiff are very rude, not helpful and only tell you what you want to hear. I have just come off the phone to Elliot to which he has stated to me he has not received enough training to deal with customers such as myself (angry, I have every right to be the way I've been dealt with). They did not want to accommodate me at first, they stated the only vehicle they could arrange for me was a golf, apparently all other vehicles were either being services, mot'd or being sold. They did not want to check another branch to see if a preferred vehicle was available. The company is 1 big joke. I have never written a bad review about any company before as I've never experienced anything quite like this company. STAY AWAY! Take your business else where, I know I defiantly wont be going back.

Lovely people down here, have driven a veriety of different vehicles from this rental company, and even made friends with one of their drivers Sam who was fantastic to talk to.
Make sure you do a full inspection, take your own photos or video of the car before you drive because they rush you through inspection and when you return they find 'new' damages. Also be patient waiting to be served - they come to the counter from the back when they want to. The car itself was in excellent condition and fuel was full.
