I reserved and pre-paid a car using their website. When I came to take my car, a staff member did not allow me to hire it, because I had only a debit card. I explained that I am a permanent renter and I have already hired a car three times in their branch and it was ok previously, but the staff member ignored this information. My vacation was broken due to this incident! Even though this incident was more than one month ago, they have not returned my money yet. I will now look for another car rental company and recommend all my friends do not deal with them.
