When I arrived in Europcar Cardiff Roath, The gentleman who was there, welcomed me and helped me with all queries that I had. Great Europcar's employee. As soon as I find his name, I will update this comment.
I'm not happy with the way I'm been treated by unprofessional overpower, look down customer staff. S*r*h terribly discriminate me by language, body language and very rude. Forcing me to pay extra 30 for the unprepared the 5 door car for me,. Instead brought out a 3- door car and said I should feel thankful about it as the only thing left in the store??!!!. This is such a misleading advertising me for what I paid and booked online for a 5 doors car. I asked for manager and call for help many times but unable to get in touch from any. Such a bad branch in Wales.
Upgraded to 8 seater bus which was brand new and good on fuel. Booked 7 seater car! Friendly no hazzle staff and no hanging around with pick up nor drop off. Used Europcar many times. Never let me down yet.
