Just left this garage and spent 15 - 20mins looking at cars... Not only was there no one to meet at the reception but 20 mins later nobody had made any effort to say 'hello' or 'can I help you at all'? '. An outstanding example of poor customer service...
Outstanding service at Volvo! I was with Daniel who was excellent on providing me advice on what car to get and what was the best deal for me! Couldnt ask for a better service.
