Bought my DS 3 Cabrio here 2 years ago and I love it. However recent service left much to be desired...
I would give it a big fat zero star but had to pick something...After speaking to two sales staff over the phone Ron and Adam was advised by both Audi A3 was in great condition no issues, Adam was very polite advised he would be on holiday but would arrange for car to be ready couldnt do enough, Ron on the other hand had a bit of an attitude, as we were travelling from Birmingham we wanted to know as much about the car as possible but it was like it was a problem for Ron to even speak about it, should of gone with my gut feeling and the shocking reviews on the garage as once we got there, the car that was apparently in great condition had a big red stain on back seat, back seat was worn, front passenger side light was sticking out, stone chippings in front bumper, test drive lasted all of 30 seconds if that as soon as my husband started the car he knew there was a problem we drove out of the garage and turned back round there was a vibration in the clutch which apparently meant the fly wheel/thrust bearing was on its way out, he asked Ron why he wasnt advised of the issues as we travelled from Birmingham he just grunted and said oh Ill have to get it in the workshop, now if you work daily with cars Ron one would assume you would know of these issues you would check this stuff before someone comes to view, basically Ron was trying to pull a fast one and sell the car as it was to save spending the money on it. Good luck to anyone who buys from this place because I guarantee you will have problems not only from the cars but from the staff!! You think its Evans Halshaw its a legit garage but nope not this place... STAY AWAY
Absolutely lazy citroen sales staff at Cardiff slipper road. Unbelievable.no help at all. Evans Halshaw I presume..all the dealerships there and it takes a young Vauxhall salesman to sort a Citroen deal. Thanks Danny.
Called today to collect my car as arranged. Unable to drive it away as some paper work not ready available. Sales team lack any enthusiasm or interest in making a sale. There appears to be a "couldn't care less" attitude throughout the entire dealership. Never get involved with them again. Should I receive any response to this feed back, l will post it. Don't hold your breath!!!!!!!!!
EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE ! I had a window not working on my C1 - was told I could come in that day - it was fixed with a new switch under warranty , and in under 10 minutes was on my way ! , Richard and staff in Service were friendly , knowledgeable and helpful. We have owned several Nissans and have got used to 4 week service appointment waiting times and poor service . Evans Halshaw Citroen Cardiff are in another league , would highly recommend this dealership.
