Buyer beware! I have been dealing with this garages sales department over the last few days, and I agree response from them isn't the quickest. That isn't however the reason I have reviewed so low. I was looking at buying a VW Polo 2014 automatic the price looked reasonable at first glance. I did what every one should do I check the MOT history of the car the last two MOT's have flagged up misting on the front near shock absorber the last one idicated it was probably nearing the end of its life . When I asked if they had been changed as clearly from the last MOT you would expect a main dealer to look at such things and put them right. I was told by the salesman our workshop have just done an MOT on the car and there are no advisories, I asked have the shock absorbers been changed then? His response was no! I will let you decide if that is honest or not but needless to say I end my interest in the car and garage. Beware!

Categorically the worst experience I have ever had with a garage, let alone a main dealer. The experience ended with a breakdown and near vehicle fire on a dual carriage way, two days after they had declared the van fit to drive. What a way to get yo a wedding! 270 in taxi fees later and no apology, no offer of a gesture of goodwill. I will never buy a vehicle from this garage, or recommend anyone to ask them to do any work on your van. They have a terrible and well deserved reputation in South Wales!
