I would give 0 stars if possible!!!Very bad experience. Went there with 2 options (one car more expensive than the other one). After waiting one week for the cheaper one to be ready to be sold (with a very poor information obtained during the waiting), I was told to consider to buy the more expensive one. I waited two days for the car to arrive to Cardiff and 5 days for the car to checked before selling. On Monday (the day agreed with the seller to have a drive test) when I entered into the office, I was told the car was not ready and that I would have received a call when ready (I had to ask for a permission from work to go there and they were expecting me to drive the car. A call would have been helpful). I waited one day, and no one called me. The day after I went there again to have my deposit back. They told me the deposit would arrive in 3/5 days. After one week of waiting, I called them, and they asked me all the information again. They didn't even apologize for the delay but just kept saying "Please give us 5 days". After 4 days, I called them again and they said they would have done it asap. The day after I received my money back.I had a very bad experience. I had to wait because they have a very poor customer service and they dont know how to treat customer. I had to chase them to have information about cars and about my deposit. If you want to buy a car avoid this place and go somewhere else.
Take your car in for a simple service at 9am and they will keep it all day long in the car park until they are ready to give a quick once over! And if your allowed a replacement vehicle don't expect one unless you book weeks in advance

Great service here. Parents bought their new car here, they done a great deal for them and gave an offer on their old car that they couldn't turn down. Good reasonable prices on used cars.
