Purchased my car a month ago after a very long search for what I wanted. As a single female shopping for a car I was daunted and had experienced some very bad sales people, but was so glad I stumbled across these guys. The car has been excellent and was immaculate on collection but what made this transaction a pleasure was the service from Gary. He never pressured me and i felt completely comfortable dealing with him. On collection he offered to run through the entire car so even after he had received full payment I felt that customer service was his priority.I would absolutely recommend this company and have done to many as I work in the same area, and will most definitely speak to them again when I change my car again.Thank you for your excellent serviceMaria
Fantastic service from start to finish, spoke with Gary on the phone then when I arrived Phil dealt with the viewing and the purchase of my TTS. Very friendly, easy to get on with and knowledgable. Very happy with my purchase, I would highly recommend. I asked for the wing mirrors to be wrapped and they were very accommodating. Thank you to Phil it was definitely the best buying a car experience Ive had.
What can I say, thanks to the staff at Specialist Cars in Cardiff I now drive my dream car! From making contact via phone call with Gary on Saturday, I was on the road with my new AMG by Thursday morning which would have been sooner only the car was being freshly serviced by Mercedes that morning with no extra cost to me. Once I arrived on the day of collection, Phil the owner of Specialist Cars along with Caroline and Gary all very humble people made the entire process hassle free. Customer service was the best I've experienced and the staff made sure you were 100% happy with everything before you departed. I Cannot thank these people enough for making dreams become a reality. Without a doubt I will be returning in the future and I do recommend if anyone even has the thought of getting there dream car even if unsure, just give the team a call they are all friendly and will, from experience go out of their way to help you. I bought a Range Rover Sport Autobiography, purchasing and registering the vehicle was easy, and was even helped to find a personalised plate for me to drive away with. The car developed an electrical fault. Gary went out of his way to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and in a professional manner. Got the rover back and is 100% again. Being a car enthusiasts, I can really appreciate the quality of the cars that Specialist Cars UK get in stock. Some very interesting cars pass through the showroom.
