Great cycle shop overall, last jumpbike purchase was a pleasant experience. Immediately after the order had been placed we kept in touch assuring and sorting out the final product which was the delivery of the bike. Guys helped out with minor adjustments, which was personal preference.Well done, cheers guys. Most definitely 5* cycle shop.
Very unhelpful just wanted to get rid of me soon as the problems piled with the bike my wife bought me a Pashley sovereign roadster the wheel collapsed 6 months from purchase which was caused by a faulty back wheel that was there from day one, was being pushed from pillar to post for months being polite and nice the whole time I realised it wasnt getting me anywhere I had to raise my voice which I dont like doing only then did he agree to remedy the situation he sent me to various places after which hes solution was to rebuild the wheel 1 a spoke which totalled in 26 but I had to pay for labour then lo and behold the back wheel started wobbling again the falulty bike that he sold me was getting worse did not want to admit or understand that I genuinely was sold a falulty bike, it had a plethora of issues from the start. I was so happy with the way the bike looked and felt but immediately I had problems with the back wheel it Seized up and started making a funny noise the whole issue of what happened is too long to put on here but I have been back and forth to mechanic shops and I am still having problems with the back wheel the chain is constantly coming off also the gear jumps constantly and the back part of the chain case fell off and the so called indestructible brooks b33 saddle that apparently should last a life time broke aswell 7 months in. Now Im not saying every issue was there from the start but all of the problems that followed was because of the original fault the only separate issue was the saddleI am in the process of showing the emails of me detailing all the problems Ive had and the amount of times Ive told him these problems are persisting and hes lack of willingness to put it right to a solicitor who is advising me with what action I can take ie small claims court I am absolutely fuming with the lack of understanding to put this right I genuinely feel like Ive been robbed. ImSo angry and Im still paying for this every month. I have kept all the emails of our correspondence which will now serve me well with my legal pursuitDisgusting
Just bought a bike from Damien Harris cycles on line. Ordered on a Sunday, quite late on. Had a call from the store on Monday to check the details and size were correct, polite professional and friendly staff, Damian also knows his products. As he warned me, it's a large bike, but I'm tall, so not a problem. Delivery was then today (Tuesday) in the morning. Great service and I can't praise them highly enough! Many thanks
Contacted Damian Harris Cycles for the first time a few months ago and the service since then has been excellent. NS Metropolis was sold out so Damian suggested a few upcoming 2019 bikes and I'm glad he did. Reserved it and the bike came into stock on the day I was told it would and got it delivered no problem today. Brilliant service from Damian and the guys in the shop and I'll definitely use them again.
Took my Reynold Assault wheel in for a suspected freehub replacement. Was told it may take some time for the part to come in. After inspection it was evident a repair to the bearings was required. Was expecting to be off the road for at least a week but had the wheel back in a few days. So impressed I've dropped another wheel in for repair.
