Just visited Tredz cardiff where I was served by Sid who was very knowledgeable and helpful and took the time to explain the differences between the different types of bikes. I didn't say yes straight away, I researched it a bit more over the weekend. I ordered the bike super fast delivery and even helped me set it up. If your thinking of purchasing a new bike or anything bike related I would definitely make Tredz your first point of call, Highly recommend.
