If youre shopping for a bike .......look no further. I shopped around them all and have purchased 2 quality bikes from Don Skene in the last year. Gareth and the team are experts in the trade, The knowledge and advice given by him and the staff was brilliant , and they will cater for your requirements, spending time listening to what you want and then advising whats probably best suited for you. He even made me test ride the bike to see it was compatible for me. They fully deserve the 5* rating for customer service and friendliness. I highly recommend this shop being a novice rider.
Gareth and the team, couldn't have been more helpful when I had a problem with my back wheel while on holiday at B.P.W., when other places showed no interest other than trying to sell me a wheel. I took the wheel in that day, and got it back the next day. Top quality re build, brilliant friendly customer service and well stocked shop. Cheers guys.
Very good service from Gareth and CJ. I needed a saddle, and they not only convinced me that a less expensive one would do as well, but after careful fitting they then had it fixed onto the bike and sorted for me. They also found a handlebar plug to replace one I'd lost, and would take nothing for it. Will go back.
Dealt mainly with Gareth but also spoke with one or two other members of staff who were all very helpful, Gareth was very informative and helpful when selecting a suitable bike for my son and went beyond to ensure my son was happy with the bike and its set up. Great shop would highly recommend.
