I have now bought 2 top end mountain bikes from sunset cycles in the last few years. Everything about my experience buying bikes through them has been exceptional including after sale support to make sure you are up and running properly. I will always look here first when buying a bike in future.

I was a little dubious about ordering such an expensive bike online. However due to the fact Sunset Bikes were by far the best priced of any bike shop I could find I placed the order. I found them to be pleasant and professional on the phone, the bike arrived in no time at all. Not long after my brother ordered a bike, unfortunately the rear shox was faulty. Sunset immediately despatched a replacement shox and my brother was up and riding his nice new orange alpine in no time at all.....Great service :)

Bought a high-end bike from Sunset and am very happy that I did. They provided a competitive price, first-class rapid communication and the bike arrived in bomb-proof packaging. I'll definitely buy from Sunset again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I purchased my Alpine through Sunset and they don't have all their gold stars and comments for great customer service for nothing.These guys are super friendly and even when busy have never sounded bummed out and stressed about helping you with your problem. My bike came ready to go and was brilliantly packaged. If you are looking at buying online these are one of the best guys to go to. Thank you so much for all your help!!
