I have been thoroughly impressed by how seamlessly Taylors work. I would recommend in particular for any buy-to-let properties as Jack & Taylor in the lettings department make the entire rental process simple and hassle-free, and they work extremely efficiently with Jemma in the sales department who really does go out of her way to offer the best service. I have used other agents previously as a landlord, and Taylors are by far the best.

I have been very pleased with the service provided by both Jack and Taylor. They have found me tenants twice now, initially when I first purchased my property, and again when that tenant left. They found me new tenants very quickly, so that I had virtually no gap in rental income. I manage the property myself, but my new tenants moved in just as I was going on holiday so I was a little concerned that they would have no one to go to with any issues, but Taylor kindly offered to be a point of contact for them in case of any teething problems whilst I was away. When I need new tenants I will definitely go to Taylors at Roath again.
Looking for and moving house is one of the most stressful things you can do in a life time. With agency fees being as high as they are, I expected more help and a positive attitude. I'm not sure if I spoke to an agent from Albany road branch but I wouldn't recommend Taylors!
