As a current tenant, I've found the staff are professional and approachable. During visits of prospective properties the team were friendly, knowledgeable and the team endeavoured to help me find a place that suited my situation. Since then all communications have been dealt with promptly and maintenance completed in a timely manner. Would recommend to tenants and landlords alike.

Very helpful and quick responding team. Any issues on the property and they will try to get technician within 24 hours. Good quality property and very good location.
They are quick to respond to any issues and are very friendly. However, I feel that once you have lived at property with them for more than a year the 6 monthly inspections are unnecessary. Once the first two inspections have been passed, there should be a level of trust there in terms of the standard the property is kept at and inspections should become yearly instead with any issues reported as and when they are needed to be.
