We had a good overall experience with Belvoir Cardiff letting agency, moving from Cornwall to Cardiff. It was easy to communicate with Emily over the phone and email while still living in Cornwall and arranging to move up to Cardiff. Friendly and efficient.
Our property negotiator Emily was very friendly and helpful throughout the process of arranging our tenancy, answering all of our concerns and questions promptly. However, we were disappointed that the property had not been properly cleaned prior to our moving in, and took us several hours to clean. Otherwise a positive experience with Belvoir.
Terrible customer service and incompetent staff. Took 3 months to sort our bond ready to give back to us (to such we are still waiting). Constantly having to chase them up, always promising to email/phone us 'the next day' which never happened. If I could rate them lower than a one I would. Truly a terrible company that need to get their act together. DON'T GO WITH BELVOIR CARDIFF!
