DO NOT PARK HERE!!! There are other car parks that are FAR easier to find and you wont get a fine!I have just had the worst time EVER trying to find the entrance to this car park. First my sat nav told me to go up a bus lane (I didnt) so instead I had to drive randomly around the general area until I found a sign for the Marriott and then for Mill Lane...and I still couldnt find the car park entrance! You have to go up a road signposted for buses and taxis only + hotel access, which is bad enough, but even then the entrance to the car park is hidden from view behind a concrete wall and down a ramp, with a very small car park sign placed so low down that I missed it....twice!I ended up going round the loop three times, getting rapidly more upset, until I ended up going down a bus lane in desperation to find the darned car park, to be told by a workman that what Id seen was the exit and Ill now have a 45 fine!Luckily the same workman explained how to find the actual entrance so I eventually got here, most hot and bothered. The guy at reception was totally unsympathetic, just saying we do have signs; well, they do but nowhere near good enough! The car park sign needs to be higher up, bigger and preferably say Car Park Entrance >>> It wouldnt be so bad if this was a recent change to the road layout but Ive just seen a review from May 2017 saying pretty much the same thing; theyve had a whole YEAR to fix this and haven't bothered!
DO NOT USE!! These people are cowboys. They take your booking no matter what and cancel on you at the very last minute. When you complain they say tough luck u til you threaten them with bad reviews on social media and then they magically come up with a solution. DO NOT TRUST THEM and DO NOT USE THEM. The parking in Sophia gardens is cheaper, easier and you can trust them. Put these people out of business...DO NOT USE!!
I am appalled that this business has my payment card details. There were several errors and discrepancies in the booking procedure and in the confirmation and payment receipts they emailed to me which meant I parked in the space immediately next to the one they intended ( bay 2 instead of bay 3, same house). When the problem arose I was charged for the full costs incurred by another customer - what should have been a 24 space became an 82 one. They accepted they had errors on the booking forms - 'because they are done by the space owners' but simply took the extra 58 off my card. JustPark need to cover 3rd party claims when it is their poor paperwork that causes the problem. Incredibly Poor Service
