Convenient location but very pricey!
Booked in advance because it was going to be a particularly busy day in Cardiff. Rugby..fireworks...football and WWE. Turned up to be told by an attendant the machine wasnt working..had let anyone in...no space but i have to find you one because you have paid. Was offered a non space that would have obviously blocked others in...cars were still being allowed to enter after ours. The attendant shock his head and walked off..left us as a prepaid customer and disappeared. Whilst queing outside the car park to go to Motorpoint. Noticed nearly everyone leaving was having trouble. Having to contact services to get barrier lifted as nothing seemed to be working. Have complained to NCP and heard nothing...over a week ago. Not cheap either 24 to secure a non exsistant car parking space.
DANGER!! DO NOT USE!!! My car had it's back window smashed when I returned to it in the Morning. I parked as it was recommended by premier Inn. Woeful CCTV (they only film their own ticket machines). NCP Staff said it's happened multiple times to cars there recently. 450 to replace my glass and they refused to waive extra charges incurred waiting for the repair man as my car was in a "Drivable condition". USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!
Dont use this car park. My brand new car was broken into last week, along with another car too. This is recurring problem here. Premier Inn shouldnt encourage guests to use this car park.
Good spot and there's a discount if your staying at the premier inn which made it pretty reasonably priced.
