Probably the worst place to park in cardiff. Very narrow bays also hard to park. Also had trouble with the machine and would not accept my card. I was there a total of 7 minutes when the machine kept playing up? So I gave up and went on my way . A week later a massive fine of 80.But I complained and they said pay 10 as you were on out property
DISCUSTING PLACE ....If 7.50 for about a hour wasn't bad enough here ...the place is very tight for driving around unless u have a smart car ....I sen a few people in a normal size family cars struggling to get around , damaging they wheels on the tight curbs...but i did take great pleasure in watching clowns in they big 4x4's shunting back and 4 to get around here , then the walk through the car park by the lifts absolutely stunk of urine it had me heaving ...then when u come back to pay u got homeless people sleeping right where u pay, begging u for money .Overall awful experience never gona park here again .."PARK SOMEWHERE ELSE"
The laughable charges are like a bad joke when you look at the size of the spaces available. This car park is ideally suited to millionaires that drive a mini. I can't help but hope it's hit by a meteor at some point.
This carpark is disgusting. The prices are extortionate but what are we actually paying for? Theres no CCTV, theres homeless people sleeping outside the lifts which made me very nervous, the whole place smells of urine, vomit everywhere, a burned-out car on the ground level and the whole place is very rundown. Im sure the amount they charge could be used to make the place nicer, cleaner and safer. I parked here for 24 hours because thats the car park my hotel recommended. Im not from the area so I didnt know any better. Thankfully, my car was ok but I was really worried about it all night and I wont ever park here again.
It earns one star for the central location but epic fail in every other way... Avoid unless you really need to park right by Westgate / st Mary Street, drive a small car, and are not at all bothered about what they might charge you to leave your car for a few hours (as others have mentioned you ideally should also be very comfortable with the smell of urine)
