It's a car park. You used to be able to pay by Ringgo but they've stopped it. The ticket machine didn't produce a receipt even though I asked for one. And the prices have gone up.
This car park is not too far from John Lewis and st Davids car park. Its situated on the same road as these and certainly within walking distance of the main shops. I prefer this car park during busy tines as it saves waiting to navigate the crowds and the traffic lights. Also price is quite competitive.
