Needs proper covered shelters...a coffee machine would be good and it should be nearer to station as bit far out but the coach service is great
Nice garden. Good time pass while we waited for bus from Wales to London.
Nice place to park but make sure u have coins with you to pay and exact change as the machines don't give u change back.alternatively u can book on the app instructions to book on the app is found on the machines.
Be careful when you pay for your parking ticket it gives you the wrong time to stay l have been booked as the time should have given me 5hr but only had 3 hrs this has happened twice . After sending a letter the fine was not taken off. I park in the arms park now .you have a number to ring when you notice it's the wrong time but no one answer you . Shop on line in the future. And catch a train. Cardiff City council hang your heads in shame. That's one of the reasons city shops are closing.
The National Express Coaches now leave Cardiff Sophia Gardens on the start of there journeys Very helpful staff.....I have a mobility scooter and Dottie the Driver we had this morning was EXCELLENT. Her driving skills are great. Her efficiency in handling her customers marvellous. All in all an excellent service Cardiff Sophia Gardens to Bristol Airport. Try them and find out for yourself..why pay parking when the National Express can do it all.
