Basically a field with 3 football pitches marked out. Most of it is reclaimed mud flats from before the barrage. Popular with local dog walkers. Look it up online. HMS Hamadryad, an isolation hospital ship, used to be parked nearby. Water taxis go past on way to castle from bay.
