Great gym! Plenty of squat racks and equipment to do whatever workout you needed. Daily pass was reasonably priced and owner was friendly.
Been to 5 different gyms in Cardiff and Fitness Factory is by far the best. Three places to squat so there's never a line, plenty of space to dead lift and an entire upstairs to do cardio without stepping on someone.
Great gym, with everything you need for a good training session
Great gym, well equipped and good staff. Student membership is very affordable. I much prefer this gym to Puregym as it isn't as busy and has a much better atmosphere.
