This gym is great for the majority of women who wear the Habib , as a brit I felt welcome HOWEVER in the class I found the unnerving music they played had very loud repetitive gunshots in it & they were imitating shooting from the hip as they were dancing... . . .I decided not to go again
Machines need renewing like the equipment is very old and used. The place doesnt look clean at all, invest a cleaner maybe? Shower water is very weak so takes forever to wash. Advice:Charge more and give a better service. The concept is amazing but needs proper maintaining. Ill change my review if things change (constructive critisism please dont be offended)
I've trained here a few times and would highly recommend it to females who don't feel comfortable in multi sex gyms. It's such a calm atmosphere and they do great classes everyday.
I've got a lot of friends who go to this gym who really love it. The kids zone is especially useful for mums who otherwise wouldn't be able to get to the gym. Having an all-female environment is great because it's more relaxing.
Good facilities, great access to sauna and useful drink facilities.. Also there is a room for massages and other beauty treatments. Recommend :)
