Super friendly staff who are always helpful if asked for advice. Really good value for money I'd say and a good atmosphere as people who go there are mainly interested in what they're doing so you don't feel stared at or intimidated.

Great gym for general use, but if you're into weights and crossfit - then it's an AMAZING gym! Dave and staff are really friendly and very experienced. Happy to help those who haven't stepped foot in a gym through to those who are competing
