Long story short, the guy is going to be nice and polite until you pay, after that "no refunds" thrown in your face in a rude manner. He claims he can professionally install a screen protector, but you come back to see bubbles of air under the protective glass. Then he offers you 5 off a 30 "top shelf" screen protector which is actually cheap and unreliable with bad quality glue. You ask for a genuine phone case but what he sees as genuine doesn't even have a brand logo on it.Also if he tells you to get cash cause his card machine is not working, don't believe him as you will never see your money back. Guy refuses to take responsibility for his bad service and instead blames it on customers.Avoid at any cost!!!
Absolutely terrible service cost me 80 to fix my screen just for it to break in the next 2 days and my home button has also been glitching due to bad service. Just to top it all off, the man who worked there spoke in a very rude tone and started shouting at me telling me Im wrong. Dont recommend at all.
Replaced a broken 6s charging point for 40 in just 15 minutes. Also threw in a new glass screen protector. Nice guys too.
Avoid this place at all costs. Took my sister in to buy her a phone case. The guy saw my screen was cracked and offered to fix it for 40 on the spot. I said ok and he said come back in an hour.I returned and checked the phone camera, screen, used it a bit and was fine.However...Later after making some calls and attempting to use loudspeaker and recording a video the sound was broken and people couldnt hear me. Took it back the next day with my receipt and warranty and told him the story and he said I would have to pay to fix it. I said the problem started after he repaired it and he denied this and became very rude and defensive. I asked him to look inside and see if it could be repaired. He said if its a loose wire he will do it but if the part needs replacing he would charge me. I said if it needs a part replacing dont replace it Ill go somewhere else. When I returned he had removed the original Apple part and replaced it with another part without my consent and now the phone was even worse. I was left with a broken phone which was working fine before even if the screen was cracked. He was rude, hostile and aggressively defensive. Please avoid this business at all costs. Ill never go to a non-Apple store again.
