Brilliant service from a local company based in Cardiff. Bought a top of the range tv which was cheaper than John Lewis and was delivered and set up promptly at at no additional cost. The Radiocraft engineer who did the set up was very helpful and spent some time making sure I was happy with everything before he left. Highly recommended.Updated May 2018. After a few months use the TV developed an intermittent sound fault. Spoke to Radiocraft who said after listening to my amateur diagnosis that it probably wasnt a fault with the tv. They suggested I buy a new hdmi cable and see if that solved the problem. They also gave me the Samsung telephone number which was odd as they said it wasnt a fault with the tv! My previous tv was attached to the same kit and had no problems. I now have to pay for someone else to check everything to see what the issue is. I expected more after sales support from Radiocraft. I had much better service from John Lewis with my previous tv so will use them in future.
Excellent value and outstanding service from the staff who were attentive, reliable, informative and in regular contact to ensure I received my goods on time. I wish I had a Radiocraft store near me as they performed head and shoulders above the well-known retail competition - big and small!
