Marksies in my opinion have "upped their game" in quality and stock of sizes. Their sales are proper sales now with real bargain knockdowns. I suppose this had to happen or die. I have always had the opinion that if stores not only M&S but all traders, if you ran out of specific sizes etc you have nothing to sell and become uncompetitive and unreliable.
After a recent bad experience at the Culver Branch to come to the Leckwith Road branch and have polite and helpful sales people was lovely. The manager Gemma was amazing and extremely helpful. thank you for the great customer service.
Cramped food hall, staff miserable told " have a nice day?!" by someone who wouldn't even make eye contact, looked miserable and certainly didn't care if I had a nice day...please! Over priced, I only went in for swede and carrot crush and red cabbage and apple which is very nice.
Good place to shop but was served today by the rudest cashier I've ever come across, she blantely didn't want to be there. Asked her a simple question and she had no intentions of helping. Was really disappointed .
Nice smallish M&S store. The baby changinv & feeding room is small though. It's hard to move around with a pram in there. It was also pretty stinky and needed a thorough clean. Not up to standard for nappy changing and seem & really unpleasant for feeding. Expected better of M&S
