Very quick and friendly service in this store.
Bought a couple of tablets for my children and later found out they don't offer an after care insurance on these products. Knowing my children I wanted peace of mind with some sort of insurance, therefore shopped around and found currys do the same product with insurance. 2 days after purchasing from argos I went in store for a refund and I was told that wasn't possible due to tablets being used although the tablets were put back in box in original state. I find this argos policy completely outrageous and I won't be shopping here again.
Store of this size and items not in stick wasted journey
Always good to pop into Argos every few years just to get a reminder of how poor customer service can be. Always out of stock, especially those items on display labelled 'pick up today.' See you next time I have brain freeze and forget how terrible Argos is.
Not a bad visit, but the item I wanted wasnt in stock and would have taken 3 days to arrive. It was a travel mug. So not the best if Im honest. I was only there for the day so I didnt get it in the end and found a cheaper one in Tesco by my home. No staff on the floor to interact with so not good or bad service received. I generally like Argos but 3 days for a travel mug is a bit excessive in my own opinion.
