I bought a printer from here less than a week ago, when I went to take it back with the receipt, because it wasnt compatible with my laptop, I was told it wasnt in a sellable condition because the printer wasnt packaged the same as how I bought it. However, I had spent the time repackaging all of the items. The reason I didnt know this printer wasnt compatible with my laptop is because it states on their website the printer is compatible with all laptops however didnt state which versions so it wasnt until I opened the printer I realised.
