Last week, I contacted them to book hygienist for tooth cleaning and the receptionist mistakenly booked with dentist and X-ray for me with 50 pounds down payment. I turned up this morning, it turns up they booked dentist consultation and x Ray due to miscommunication. They cannot issue me the refund as the manager was on training. So they wrote the letter stated I booked the dentist consultation over the telephone, however there is nowhere on the email receipt nor the system showed I want to book hygienist. I asked them to state the truth, and they told you have no telephone recording evidence to show that you want to book hygienist and we booked consultation by mistake. All they can do is try to refund my 50 pounds back but no guarantee.
Just finished significant treatment with Dr Page and his team who have all been outstanding. Reception staff can't do enough to help. Overall very very happy with the outcome of my treatment. Dave S.

I approached The Parade as I lost the inclination to smile. Over time my incisor teeth had been discoloured and worn down and my bite was non-existent. Dr Binney listened to my concerns and gave me the necessary information and options to ensure that I would have the best possible outcome. His skill, reassurance and friendly manner made the whole experience as pleasant as possible. after fairly lengthy and extensive treatment which was needed I can once again smile without embarrassment and use my teeth to eat with confidence. I am really pleased with the whole experience at The Parade and would therefore highly recommend the practice to others.
