Rebecca is beyond fantastic. I honestly havent had a dentist as brilliant, patient or kind as her. She really does make going to the dentist easier for myself when it comes to being anxious before hand!
Always a lovely warm welcome as you get into reception, the dental practice is very light and airy. Mark the dentist is really good at making you feel at ease and explains everything in fine detail. I travel around 20 miles to this dentist and have been with them a very long time so I think that covers it all
A wonderful dentist! Mark has a very calming demeanor and explains everything very clearly. I have always been very happy with the treatment I have received both from Mark and the hygienist at the practice. You can completely trust his judgement and be confident that any treatment he recommends will be in your best interests. All of the staff at the practice are very friendly and professional. I would not consider going anywhere else!
Searched for a new dental practice in Cardiff when an old filling came out and needed replacing and found park place. Rang and spoke to Val who might just be the friendliest woman I've spoken to. She got me booked in for an emergency appointment within a day of enquiring. Went for the procedure which was conducted by Mark. Mark is very professional and efficient as were his assistants. He explained everything to me and had everything sorted within 40 minutes. The practice is very impressive. Very clean. Lovely atmosphere. After the procedure I signed up to their monthly plan. I actually look forward to my next appointment. I would highly recommend
I travel from Milton Keynes, north of London, to visit Park Place. Why? Because I think they are the best in dentistry I have ever encountered. The treatment plan is excellent, and well consulted. The checks are clear, meaningful and with clear feedback. Oral hygiene is planned, logical and has useful outcomes - as were promised. When treatment is given great skill is employed in making it painless. Yes, it's top quality, really good - and worth the long journey.
