First appointment at this dentist,dreading it after my last dentist from west wales.Two fillings and the thing I hate most,injections.Well I have to say it was the most pleasant time at the dentist ever.I was fully expecting excruciating pain from the anaesthetic injection.....again.On a scale out of 10, only 1.Professional,polite and friendly all in one.Amazing team supporting an amazing dentist.I cant praise them enough. Not the cheapest but then with this sort of care you wouldnt mind paying more.
I used to be absolutely terrified of going to the dentist and would put off going, however Bupa in Cardiff Bay has changed my opinion completely, all the staff are absolutely lovely and took away any nerves I previously had! I would highly recommend this dentist, especially if you are nervous! Definitely worth the money excellent treatment and service
