By far the best I have ever experienced.
We took our cats last week for their annual vaccinations. They told us at reception that one of the vets were needed for emergency surgery but there was another vet there and we might need to wait. The vets name was Lorna.. she is amazing. She was so good with the cats. The cats were her last appointments of the day.. it sounded like they had a very busy day, but she didn't rush us at all. She spoke softly to the cats and put them at ease instantly. They were reluctant to leave their carriers but Lorna was really patient. She gave twiggy and midge a thorough check over before giving the vaccines and gave us some advice on diet etc. We told her we recently had a dog and she took the time to ask how the cats got on with her and asked if their behaviour has changed at all. Lovely vet. Nobody left feeling traumatized!! Thanks Lorna.

Today was an eventful visit to the vet with our cat. I'll start by saying that our cat Leo is not a saint and he is madly in love with cupboards. We had a pre operation check with him and it was conducted by a nurse. During our talk we let our cat Leo explore the area instead of holding him down on the table for the whole duration of the visit. Unfortunately, he noticed an open cupboard and decided to wiggle his way under the cupboard completely hiding from us. We were unable to get him out initially as we had little room but the nurse remained professional and calm in an otherwise worrying situation constantly apologizing even though we didn't see it as her fault (we just have a naughty cat). We managed to get him out after a while and I am impressed by the level of professionalism and service that we received. Hopefully, the nurse is recognized for her professionalism and we would like to thank her as we now have a funny story to tell the family around the Christmas table.
I experienced such amazing customer service and professionalism here. I felt the vet, nurse and reception staff genuinely care and have always given my fur babies the upmost care as well as putting my mind at ease. I would always highly recommend this vetinary practice
