Very friendly and do urgent appointment if needed, least people can do is contribute to keep places like this going. I had 2 dogs 1 is on medication constantly to help him live a pain free life. A pet is part of your family and they understand that. My dog of 20 years was ill, I wasn't told how bad , they told my partner . I knew I wasn't bringing him out. They showed compassion and helped when he passed in my arms. They were very professional and helped wrap him up, to take him home. They helped put him out of pain. They need donations to help like I said keep you updated when operations are carried out. Robert is a very nice gentleman saved 1 and helped with the other, to many names to mention. Highly recommended.
They were so lovely to me and my sister-in-law. I had to have my beautiful furbaby Roxy of 15yrs put to sleep it was heart breaking for me but everyone there was so supportive and patient. The staff are beautiful kind people and I am truly grateful for the time they gave me with my furbaby before and after. Thank you all so much. Xx
A truly wonderful place. Fantastic staff. Plenty of parking . We have been going there since it first opened. They deserve a medal for all the work that they do for our beloved pets.
