Been going to this veterinary group for years. Staff are always great with the pets. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

We had a great first visit to Heath vetinary group on the 14 July 2018. Staff were really friendly and explained everything I needed to know about caring for my new kitten.
I have been associated with this practice for over thirty years. The primary reason for my confidence in the practice is the calibre of the vets I have encountered. It is essential to me that my pets get the very best treatment available and if that costs a small amount more than the cheapest vets, then so be it. In addition I have found ancillary staff to be pleasant and helpful.
Stay away from this vet. Vet, who is also the clinical director, failed to treat an injured bird knowing it would end up dying of an infection if left. Practice manager informed and failed to reply back having promised to do so. Very unprofessional.
