Seen it all in this dive, Racism, threats of violence, blackmail, lies, deceit, and thats just the managers. If you want my advice, dont work there, don't shop there, dont eat there. It would be better off closed. It used to be a nice little store, now ruined by vile management.
We bought a George microwave last year. It broke down after a year and a day. Firstly customer service said it was out of warranty, but George electronics are under two year warranty. So next the said is need all original packaging. Who keeps that? So we need to buy a new one. The customer service staff were sympathetic, but the service manager was rather surly and said we can get all the legal advice we like, they still won't exchange it....... Update...The next day, a different service manager. Changed the microwave, no problem, no packaging!!!!! She told me that all 'George' electronics are guaranteed for two years. Asda staff need to talk to each other.

Terrible cafe experience, they don't actually sell any food. Should consider closing if they can't even serve fried egg!?!?!? This is not the first time, we came here a few weeks ago and similar story, no food for sale...The manager of this Leckwith store needs to seriously improve this place, it used to be a nice cafe..
21 checkouts- NOT A SINGLE ONE open. A good place to queue. TREATED LIKE STAFF- EXPECTED TO SCAN OWN ITEMS No stars for customer experience. POOR EFFORT ASDA!!!!
