I needed a new acoustic guitar so I went to have a look and even though I was only having a look the gent there was super kind and helpful. I tried a few and came back the next day to purchase it! On a separate occasion I bought a new guitar and Gareth was also super kind and helpful when choosing a guitar. After arriving home after purchasing the guitar I found the tone knob was faulty. I took the guitar in to see what could be done about it and they swapped it over with the same model with no issues.Due to great products and even greater customer service I believe its safe to say that I definitely recommend PMT

I live 17 miles from this shop. Rang them to make sure they had a 3.5mm jack to female XLR mono cable in stock before travelling there. Was assured they had it in stock. Travelled the 17 miles only to be told they thought 3.5mm was the same as a 1/4 inch jack!!!! 34 miles worth of fuel and 2 hours wasted time !!!!
Great selection of guitars and the staff seem to be able to play all instruments. Walked out with a guitar that was 50 pound cheaper than I could get online
