Well stocked & clean & tidy. Polite & knowledgeable staff. Who seemed to enjoy their jobs. Nice layout & easily accessible for. A wheelchair.
If you like Disney, you'll love it here! Always a great selection of cuddly toys on display as well as the latest movie's action figures teddies and clothes. They do dress up outfits, toys, figurines, mugs and cups, pens appear and stationary etc, purses and bags, tsum tsums etc etc. Always plan a trip to the Disney store when in Cardiff
Stunning and beautiful items fill this store. Perfect for disney lovers. Can get quite busy at times, more tills could be useful as queues get quite long. Disney music played in the store gives a great atmosphere.
Love this place. I live in Swansea so dont have a Disney store in my city centre. Clean store, with friendly staff on hand to help if required. Always busy in there though, and not very big considering its a capital of wales store. Only the one floor but I cant imagine what its like at Christmas time, must be mental!Still nice of you want stiff for kids, or mugs. They sell a lot of mugs for both kids and adults lol.
Love, love, love the Disney store! All the staff here are amazing! They're so friendly and can never do enough to help. Obviously it is quite expensive here but it's a such a treat when you go. They have fab offers on for Christmas time.
